Off to the US? Beware unofficial ESTA sites


Everyone going to the States by air or sea needs to fill out an Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) form.

Applications cost $14 each, yet beware Googling it. Do this and you maybe directed to sites that pretend to be the official web page, and charge an additional fee to process your application

The Australian Adventure had ended but we still had a few days to chill out and relax in Dubai. 2 Days of Exploring the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria

Day 4 The weather was not on our side as we left the Twelve Apostles, in fact it more of less followed us all the way back to Melbourne and on to the Mornington Peninsula. The Mornington Peninsula has long been established as Melbourne's favourite playground located about an hours drive south east of Melbourne.   If there is something familiar about the Mornington Peninsula its because it has a bit of a Mediterranean feel about it especially with the olives groves and vineyards dotted around.  Its a great location to escape from the city and head for some truly idyllic beaches with some pretty familiar names! With historic fishing villages such as Hastings and laid back shoreline locations such as Sorrento it won’t be long before you’re affected by the charm of this little piece of land. Hand feeding Dolphins Tangalooma

And so our Australian Adventure continues..... Day 21 We had booked to spend 2 days on Tangalooma Island  which is located on Moreton Island and just 75 minute catamaran cruise from Brisbane. Moreton Island is a sand island, Queensland is home to the four largest sand islands in the world, the largest being Fraser Island, whilst Moreton Island is considered the Adventure Island. There is plenty to keep you busy here no matter how long you want to stay for and plenty of options of accommodation from hotel rooms to apartments. We had to wait a little while for check in and so headed to the B&B's Bar before  heading to our room.
